Matchr collects only the minimum information needed to generate your report and deliver it to you.

Public content you submit for analysis: When you enter hashtags, a description, or an X handle, Matchr uses that input to search and analyze publicly available content on X (bios, public posts, stated interests). This is the core of what the service does.

Email address (if provided): If you provide an email address for report delivery, we store it solely for that purpose.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. Matchr never receives, stores, or has access to your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy and security standards.

What we do NOT collect:

• ✦Private messages or DMs from any platform
• ✦Photos or biometric data
• ✦Non-public account information
• ✦Credentials or login information for any third-party platform
• ✦Sensitive personal information (health, finances, political views, etc.)

We use the information we collect to:

• ✦Generate and deliver your Business Match Report
• ✦Respond to support requests and resolve issues
• ✦Improve the accuracy and quality of our service
• ✦Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling, targeted ads, or marketing lists.

Matchr shares data with third parties only where necessary to operate the service:

• ✦Stripe — for secure payment processing
• ✦Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the service
• ✦X (Twitter) — we read public data from their platform via their public API

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.

We retain the minimum data needed, for the minimum time required:

• ✦Report inputs (hashtags, handle, description) — retained for up to 90 days to allow support and troubleshooting, then deleted
• ✦Generated reports — retained for up to 90 days, then deleted
• ✦Email addresses — retained until you request deletion or for up to 12 months after last activity
• ✦Payment records — retained as required by law (typically 7 years) but only as anonymized transaction records; no card data is stored by Matchr

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@matchr.ai with your request and we will process it within 30 days.

Matchr uses minimal analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve the product. This includes:

• ✦Page view tracking to understand which pages are most visited
• ✦Click event tracking on key interactions (e.g. buttons, forms)
• ✦Core Web Vitals and performance monitoring

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not use analytics to build individual profiles or for targeted advertising.

Matchr may use cookies or local storage to support basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your age confirmation). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site profiling.
