Welcome to Matchr. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain English, not legalese.
Matchr is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase a report, or use any part of the Matchr service.
By using Matchr, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this service and must immediately stop.
Matchr only analyzes public, self-posted content — specifically bios, public posts, and stated interests and topics that accounts have voluntarily shared on X (formerly Twitter).
Matchr does not access, collect, or analyze any of the following:
No X account connection is required to use Matchr. You provide an X handle or interests, and Matchr reads only what is publicly visible on that account.
Matchr sells digital reports delivered electronically. Because the report is generated and delivered upon purchase, all sales are considered final once the report has been delivered.
Refund policy: We do not offer refunds on delivered digital reports. However, if you experience a technical issue with your report — such as a delivery failure or an error in the report generation — please contact us at support@matchr.ai and we will make it right.
Prices are listed in USD. All purchases are one-time charges — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or auto-renewals unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Matchr never stores your payment card details.
Matchr is designed for business intelligence and lead research purposes. Compatibility scores and match rankings are generated algorithmically based on public data signals and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Compatibility scores are not guarantees of business success, partnership outcomes, or any other result. Matchr makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the reports generated.
You are solely responsible for how you use the information in your report. Matchr is an intelligence tool — it identifies potential connections; it does not send messages, initiate contact, or act on your behalf.
You agree not to use Matchr for any of the following:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Matchr at any time for violations of these terms.
Matchr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased report for your own business purposes. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercialize the report without written consent from Matchr.
The Matchr service, branding, algorithms, and underlying technology are owned by Matchr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Matchr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in publicly available data sourced from third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matchr and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service or the purchase of a report, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
